So I'm off to new adventures... Quilt Making!  I love the thought of warm cuddly blankets, so here's my first attempt.  Beginning to end...

I think I almost have this figured out!

I think I'm almost ready for motherhood...a l m o s t? My smurf is staying for the week. We'll see how I feel by Friday. Goodnite!

So glad it's Friday, maybe this weekend I'll get started on my quilt project!

What should I wear to a photoshoot?

I prefer outfits that have solid colors and aren't too crazy in style (unless we are shooting a fashion spread). Simple designs and not over the top colors (please don't wear neon) are what come across the best in photographs. You can contact me if you have specific questions, but just wear what makes you comfortable and at ease.


Props

Clients are responsible for bringing all their own props. Ideas for this are picnic blankets, chairs, frames, balloons, books, vintage sofa/chair, lamp stand, etc. Be creative when styling your shoot but make sure it all flows together. If you would rather have me or someone else style the shoot please tell me that in your email.


Anything else?

I think bringing items that help you switch up your look is a valuable thing to have on the shoot. Bring extra make up, hair ties, hats, jewelry, glasses/sunglasses, or anything you think might switch up one photograph from the next.

Since I can't sleep with this in my bed I must say goodnight! New things to come...  (missing my cuddle buddy, it's chilly!)

I recently took a road trip with my friends to Atlanta, along the way I found these... how cute! I could so see them at a party or function or maybe even as a favor! Drink up!

This dress is BEAUTIFUL!!! As I sit here some part of me wishes I could walk down the aisle in this dress (no I'm not engaged-not even close...well maybe?)  Who doesn't want to be a blushing bride, yes I know a few of us don't.  Hmm... Fairytales.... will mine come true?

Until then maybe I'll get a dog to keep me company?!?!

Well the winner is not me, but I'm ok with it. I did get a offer to sell my picture so that's cool! It was my first entry, now i'm off to find more places to show off my work!
